Great interviews - THANK YOU very much!👍👍👍🤩🤩🤩 I used to travel a lot in Maranello - Modena and was able to get to know some very lovely people and legends around the brand and the important people involved. People who worked with Giotto Bizzarini. During one visit, I unfortunately missed Mr. Bizzarini twice by 5 minutes each. I would have been happy to talk to him about old times. Just as I was able to talk to Sergio Scaglietti during a personal tour of the factory. Ing. Bizzarini speaks of La Papera, the chassis 0523GT which he and his employees used to build the prototype for the 250 GTO. This story should be familiar to most Ferrari enthusiasts. Incidentally, I find it very interesting what you see in the background during the interview: a rear of either a 250LM or from the P-Series (250P, 275P or 330P). Do you know what it was or does anyone else? At 3.35 minutes into the video I see 4 Ferraris, which are very interesting: A probably 250GT SWB with a Plexi cover for the WEBER carburettor and an insect shield, the 250 GTO 3445GT from the Scuderia SSS, which was driven by a good friend of mine; the legend Nini Vaccarella: The 250GT SWB 2735GT with the Drogo body, and behind it maybe another GTO which I can't identify. I'm assuming this shot was taken at Drogo's? RIP: Enzo Ferrari, Giotto Bizzarini, Nini Vaccarella, Sergio Scaglietti, Piero Drogo and all the racing drivers who gave their lives to racing and automobiles!!! A lot of risk, for success, reputation and usually little money in relation to the risk….

Mr. Bizzarrini just recently passed away May 13 2023, he was 97 years old!! What a man and what a life....

A really nice person and car enthusiast we knew was the owner of the personal Bizzarini. Now he is getting his Iso Rivolta A3C as a Christmas present. I have seen pictures....A diamond in red!!! Years ago I visited one of the best Ferrari restorers near Maranello. Giotto Bizzarini was gone by 5 minutes. Actually, I would have been with my friends beforehand, but the police stopped me so I wasn't allowed to meet him. I would have had 1000 questions for him...He is and remains one of the greatest and most innovative car designers and engineers in the world. As an American please allow me to remind you that thousands of typical Americans fought and died to liberate Italy from the horrors of fascism and when you chose the engine to power the cars bearing your name, you chose a typical American powerplant engineered by typical Americans. Just a gentle reminder from a typical American.

This road is so beautiful "routes des grandes Alpes" . I did it in September. From lake of Geneva till Menton. The red cliff area was worth to do a stop. The 100 tunnels were the best music halls.
